CIVIC HOLIDAY Apple Hills Medical Associates, as part of Summerville Family Health Team, work to keep our patients, their families and our community healthy.
Our clinic will be closed on August 4th due to the Civic Holiday. We will reopen on Tuesday, August 5th at 9am.
Emails will not be monitored from Friday, August 1st until Tuesday, August 5th at 9am.
While patients enjoy their relationship with their own Physician, Allied Health Staff such as Nurses, a Nurse practioner and a Social Worker now work in conjunction with the doctors and staff at Apple Hills to provide comprehensive family health care to our patients.
