• Messages are monitored between 9am - 4pm, Monday through Friday.

• For prescription refills please contact your pharmacy to fax a refill request to your Doctor.
• If you require IMMEDIATE assistance contact our office by phone as a response to your message can take between 24-48 business hours.  URGENT requests are not be sent through email.
• If you DO NOT receive a response after 24 hours please contact our office by phone.
• Please do not send multiple messages for the same issue.

IMPORTANT - Emails for the following will not be responded to - you must contact our office by phone as an appointment is now required for the following.

• Prescription Refills
• Test Result Inquiries
• Referral Status Updates
• Requesting an Appointment
• Work/School Notes - New or a revision request.
• Photos are not to be sent through email unless directed by your Physician to do so.
