Mental Health Care
| Many people may experience a mental health-related problem or mental illness at some point in their lives. Summerville Family Health Team has a team of professionals able to assist people at these times. These professionals consists of psychologists, social workers and a consulting psychiatrist. Your family doctor will work together with these other providers to help you with mental health related problems. These services are available to people of all ages, including children, teens, adults and seniors. We also continue to work with other services providers in the community, as necessary, to provide you with the best care available. | ||

Pharmacist
| Apple Hills has an on site pharmacy and full time pharmacy staff to assist you with your pharmaceutical needs. The Summerville Family Health Team also has a pharmacist on staff available for individual counselling. Please speak to your physician for further details. | ||

Physiotherapy and Massage Services
| Physiotherapy (Physical Therapy) is a branch of rehabilitation medicine that focuses on physical rehabilitation of musculoskeletal injuries. These include injuries to joints, bones, muscles, ligaments, and the systems required for healing and normal function. Physiotherapy and massage services are located in our building and are available by appointment.

General Medical Care
| The family doctors of Apple Hills provide the majority of your medical primary care. The Summerville Family Health Team is complementing these services with nurse practitioners and other health care providers. Our Nurse Practitioners work in collaboration with physicians and registered nurses to care for patients in many different ways.
Some of your care will be provided by other health care providers within the team either by referral or as part of general medical care. Each of the programs listed describes how health care providers support your care. |

Dietary and Nutrition
| Your family doctor or nurse practitioner can also refer you to the Summerville dietician for nutritional counselling. The dietician will arrange an appointment to meet you here at Apple Hills at a mutually convenient time. | ||
